4. Free Trial and Subscription

Axis Pro offers a 30-day free trial period. After the trial period:

• You may subscribe to continue using the Service at $8/month
• If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be paused
• Your data will be safely stored while your account is paused
• You can reactivate your account at any time by subscribing

5. Payment Terms

By subscribing to Axis Pro, you agree to:

• Pay the monthly subscription fee of $8
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize automatic monthly billing
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then be paused, and your data will be stored indefinitely.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
